Over the years, I’ve honed my craft to perfection, mastering both the art and science of furniture making. The Process

Step 1
Get In Touch
Thinking about a project? Get in touch with us today. Whether you have a clear vision or just the seed of an idea, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process. Our initial consultation can take place over the phone or in your home, where we will discuss how you live, your design preferences, and any specific features you desire. We’ll also cover important aspects such as materials, budget, and timeframe, as well as any potential building work or planning permissions required. During this visit, we’ll meticulously measure the space to provide an accurate foundation for the initial drawings. Finally, we’ll explain our payment structure, which includes a 50% deposit, a 45% pre-delivery payment, and a final 5% payment upon completion.

Step 2
Plans & Processes
After the initial consultation, we move on to creating concept plans that will bring your space to life. These plans include detailed 3D images, allowing you to fully visualize your new space. We will work closely with you to refine the designs as needed, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Once you’re completely satisfied with the proposal, we’ll finalize the materials, colors, and finer details of the project. At this stage, we’ll provide a comprehensive quote outlining the costs involved. To commission us to begin ordering materials and secure your project in our schedule, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required. This step marks the beginning of the transformation of your space.

Step 3
Manufacture & Installation
The manufacturing process typically takes 6-12 weeks from the final drawing sign-off, depending on the size and complexity of your project. During this time, your furniture will be handcrafted with precision and care. Each piece will then be hand or spray painted in your chosen color, ensuring a flawless finish. Once manufacturing is complete, we’ll schedule the installation and the pre-delivery payment of 45% will be due. We’ll also coordinate with any additional trades required to ensure a smooth process. Your furniture will arrive on site, having undergone rigorous quality checks, and our experienced fitters will begin the installation. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the project’s scale. If your project includes worktops, we’ll have them templated mid-installation, allowing us to complete the cabinetry while the worktops are fabricated.

Step 4
Final Touches
After the cabinets and worktops, if applicable, have been installed, we’ll return for a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and ours. At this stage, the final 5% payment will be due. We’ll provide you with an aftercare pack that includes instructions on how to care for your new furniture, ensuring it remains beautiful and functional for years to come. With our 10-year cabinet guarantee and 5-year paint guarantee, you can rest easy knowing that your investment is protected. With over 100 years of combined experience, our team of skilled carpenters excels in crafting exquisite cabinets and joinery pieces. Attention to detail is paramount, and we take immense pride in ensuring every component is assembled to perfection. All our timber and veneers are sustainably sourced and FSC certified, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility. We source drawer runners, door hinges, and specialist kitchen accessories primarily from Blum, a market leader known for its rigorous testing standards. Our eco-friendly, water-based paints can be custom-matched to nearly any colour, with trusted brands like Farrow & Ball and Edward Bulmer among our partners. When it comes to surfaces like marble, granite, quartz, or Silestone, we’ll discuss the benefits and considerations in detail during our initial consultation, ensuring you make an informed decision.

Install & Project Management Service
The installation phase is where your vision begins to take physical form, and we strive to make this process as seamless and stress-free as possible. We understand that bespoke furniture projects can be complex, sometimes requiring more time than anticipated, but our priority is to deliver a flawless finish. Our installers are experts in their craft, each a skilled carpenter committed to professionalism and respect for your home. We ensure your space is left clean and clutter-free at the end of each day. From start to finish, our design team will manage every aspect of your project, serving as your sole point of contact and coordinating all trades to ensure a smooth, efficient process.

Final Touches & Follow-On Package
As we approach the completion of your project, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure that every detail meets your satisfaction. Any final adjustments will be made, and then it’s time for you to move in and enjoy your beautifully crafted space. This stage is particularly rewarding for us, as we witness the transformation from initial design to finished product, and we’re confident you’ll be delighted with the results. Upon project completion, we’ll provide you with an aftercare pack and initiate your guarantees—10 years for cabinetry and 5 years for paint. This ensures that you can enjoy your new furniture with complete peace of mind.
